On the Realization of 3-d Binaural Audio Synthesis in Real Time

| We present a real time DSP implementation of a novel binaural sound synthesis system designed for natural and realistic sound reproduction by means of headphones. The application area is multi media and virtual reality. The processing system is designed such that a sound source can be simulated on several spatial positions around the listener.
